![]() The house is kept at 72 degrees during the summer months. The house is specially disinfected (wiping down all high-touch areas like railings, door knobs, remotes etc.) after each guest so check in time is 4:00 pm or later. NO PETS - there will be a $750 fee assessed if pets are found in the house. To ensure that the property is maintained for the next guest, we do not accommodate pets, wedding parties or groups larger than 6 adults and 4 children. Wireless broadband Internet access, national long distance phone calls and YouTube TV are complimentary. Chairs, umbrella and toys need to be brought in every night as the beach patrol will remove anything left on the beach overnight. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys to allow for a wonderful time on the beach along with a commercial- grade beach umbrella to shade you from the sun. The lower-level garage is unfinished to house all your beach toys. Also on this level is the laundry room with a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The queen room has a 37 inch TV and Blue-Ray player and the kids' room has a 26 inch TV and DVR. The third floor has two other bedrooms - one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds. This room has a large walk-in closet, and the pack and play is also stored in this closet. A hair dryer is available below one of the two sinks. The spacious bathroom has a tile shower, separate jetted tub and views of the Gulf. The balcony has two chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view. It has a king bed, full size dresser, 42 inch TV and Internet-connected Blue-Ray player. The primary master bedroom is on the third floor and has an amazing view of the Gulf. This room has a view of the Santa Rosa Sound. A hair dryer has been added to this bath to allow for lighter packing. The second master bedroom is located on this level and has a king bed, full size dresser, 37 inch TV, Blue-Ray and its own full bath with tile shower. There is also a half bath on the main level. ![]() The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the latest appliances along with many useful kitchen items such as a Keurig coffee machine, a regular coffee pot, griddle, crockpot, etc. The dining room table seats eight and has two additional chairs at the kitchen bar. At the bottom of the stairs is a walkway to the white sandy beach and green water of the Emerald Coast. A gas grill is available for grilling the perfect dinner. The deck is equipped with a loveseat, coffee table, two chairs and two outdoor loungers for soaking in the rays. The wall-to-wall sliding glass doors provide a fantastic view of the beach and access to a large patio with plenty of room to kick back, relax and watch the waves. The TV is equipped with YouTube TV so you won't have to miss the gorgeous sunset to watch your favorite show. The main level boasts an expansive great room with a large sectional and a 82” TV connected to an Internet-connected Blue-Ray player and audio/video receiver. The house is updated continuously, and we take pride in making sure our home offers all the amenities needed to make our guests feel at home. ![]() This home has all the extras and upgrades including travertine tile floors, granite coutertops, built in beverage cooler, high ceilings, updated bedding, internet, flat screen TVs, and of course, a spectacular view of the ocean from the main living area and upstairs master bedroom. Ideally located between Destin and Pensacola, Navarre is a paradise on the Gulf. The best part was at the end.fresh, fantastic Baclava.Amazing 2250 square foot beachfront 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome on Navarre Beach. I also got a chance to sample the moussaka (a must order). I adjusted my order and got the grape leaves (and ended up with a take-home box) a small side greek salad (and didnt finish it) and 1 gyros (outstanding, fresh and huge. The servings are huge - at a reasonable price. Im an eater and immediately didnt want to back down - so she showed me some plates as they came out. ![]() She told me the portions were large and that I really wouldnt finish it. My server told me that it was too much food. I initially ordered stuffed grape leaves, a greek salad and two gyros. Friendly wait staff! The specials board would make you think they are an Italian restaurant, but far from it. I needed a change from the normal food places here in Pcola - and eating Greek hit the spot! It is tucked away in a strip mall area.But it is a hidden treasure. Recommended to me by my hotel manager - it was a treat and a hidden local secret to find Aegean Breeze. Make sure you have an appetite and are ready to get your eat on.the servings are HUGE. ![]()
